Organization
Our operational excellence at TDV is key to our reliability, competitiveness, eco-responsibility, and great flexibility.
Our technical teams and recently expanded R&D unit receive regular training so as to be able to anticipate and respond appropriately to customer requests.
Our organization is structured into a network of “hubs”, at the heart of which we have placed the customer, making communication and dialogue easy and efficient, this way we can give you the service you deserve.

Production unit
Our fabrics at TDV are manufactured from A to Z at the Laval site. This local production consists of 4 essential steps:
Spinning:
which is the very basis of a fabric, since without the yarn there would be no fabric! We produce our yarns from cotton (of which a proportion is fair-trade organic cotton), cotton + polyester mixes, bio-sourced yarns, and technical yarns.
Weaving :
Our 54 looms, mostly using air jet technology, were installed by the leading manufacturers in the field and are regularly renewed.
Dyeing and finishing :
6 €M were invested in 2014 in a new preparation line. All fabrics are thus singed, desized, scoured, bleached, dyed, functionalised and sanforised at Laval.
Quality control :
Everything we produce is manually verified. It is also tested in our laboratory (for stability, shade, mechanical performance, etc.) before being wrapped and put into our stores or dispatched to our customers.
Our 100 % integrated production plant at TDV Industries offers you access to quality fabrics you can rely on, that are readily available and come with a low environmental impact since there is no packaging and transportation between stages of production. 5% of turnover is reinvested in our production plant each year.
